This luxury Bali villa residence sits within a peaceful enclave upon the hills of Jimbaran Bay. This is the entrance to Bali’s Bukit peninsula, a stretch of land jutting out to the south of the island and situated to the right of Bali’s international airport, approximately 20-minutes away by car. You’ll be far enough away from the lively tourist hot spots, such as Seminyak, so you’ll enjoy the privacy and the peace and quiet and yet the endless array of cafes, bars and restaurants that Seminyak has to offer are only a 40-minute drive across the island’s main Sunset highway.
You really will have the best of both worlds – the clean and crystal blue waters of Jimbaran Bay, the white powder beaches, fresh seafood, literally caught and prepared in front of your very eyes, and not forgetting of course, Bali’s world-famous picture postcard sunsets.
This four-bedroom fully air-conditioned Bali villa epitomizes 5-star comfort and relaxation. You’ll have everything you need – a 15-metre swimming pool, a children’s play room, complete with Xbox, a games room with table tennis and billiard table, a gym and a massage room. The property really is the ideal spot for a large family with children or a larger group of close friends.
Perched high up on the hillside, Villa Adenium enjoys some of the most spectacular views on the island. You’ll get the truly stunning sunsets and the sweeping ocean views as far as the eye can see. Just 5-minutes walk from this luxury Bali villa you’ll be in the heart of Jimbaran itself. It’s a tranquil atmosphere where local fishermen tend to their brightly coloured fishing boats by early morning and haul in the day’s catch by dusk. Local beachfront warungs then prepare some of the best local produce to go with the seafood. Be sure to get a table just before sunset as it’s a popular spot to dine out whilst watching a truly unforgettable sunset.
Professionally trained villa staff will cater to your every need during your stay. You’ll have your own in-house chef to prepare BBQ’s on the terrace. And staff will be more than happy to prepare a cocktail or two and bring over to the pool. You won’t need to lift a finger other than to select the odd tune on the Bose music system.
Luxury Bali Villa layout
Upon entering, a serene Buddha statue will invite you up the black lava-stone stairs and through a coral-limestone entrance, shaded by fragrant frangipanis. Constructed on three levels, the property features a gym, games and massage room on level one. The lounge, dining room and kitchen as well as one of the master bedrooms and the pool are on level two. And three more bedrooms open out onto a large ocen-decking on level three.
Villa Adenium’s four air-conditioned bedrooms consist of two masters and two guest suites. All are fully air-conditioned and each one has been carefully decorated using modern furnishings that contrast against teakwood floors and light-cream walls. Bedrooms include three king-size and one twin bed, bedside tables and lamps, a TV and DVD player and iPod docking. The lower master suite looks out onto the pool whilst the upper master and two guest rooms open onto a large wooden decking. From here you’ll be able to see those truly stunning views. Be sure to use the telescope at night. Each bedroom has a marble en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in rain shower. The two master suites have additional bathtubs with a Jacuzzi in the upstairs suite. And two trundle beds are stored under beds in the twin room.
Living areas – Lounge, dining and kitchen
The ground floor is the central part of this luxury Bali villa. It’s a spacious open-plan area which faces the pool. Large sliding glass doors can be opened to let in those sea breezes or closed to keep the AC running effectively. The lounge is furnished with a large, L-shaped beige sofa and a chocolate-brown armchair. It’s the perfect spot to sit, chat or enjoy a movie on the flat TV screen. You can always just listen to your favourite tunes on the Bose of course. There’s a library and a funky orange rocking chair makes for the ideal place to curl up with a good book.
The open-plan dining and kitchen area features a large dining table for eight people. This is situated under a shell-chandelier that is beautifully lit at night. The kids can drum up an appetite by playing table football just before dinner. A modern kitchen is fitted with black granite worktops. It’s fully equipped and comes with your own resident chef.
Play room, games room, cinema lounge and gym
The games room, situated on the ground floor will keep the children entertained for hours. As well as the facilities listed above, they’ll have brightly coloured beanbags to nestle into, in front of the TV. And when, or if, they get fed up, there’s always more traditional games in the trunk, like lego as well as some toys for the pool. This Bali villa’s basement is a treasure trove of entertainment. As well as table tennis and billiards and a fully-equipped gym, you’ll have the option of a spa or massage or simply taking in a movie in the cinema lounge.
The focal point outside is the 15-metre swimming pool. It’s flanked by a palimanan stone decking which includes cushioned sun loungers. A shallow end to the pool provides the option of lazing rather than swimming. And on the opposite side of the pool, a cute thatched Balinese balé (or gazebo) provides an additional spot to relax or escape the soaring mid-day sun. A charming poolside lounge is perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail or two and this area is cooled by ceiling fans and has a built-in sofa with four rattan chairs and bright cushions.
At the other end of the dining room and kitchen is an open-air terrace. Here, you might ask the chef and the staff to prepare an evening BBQ whilst chatting about the day’s events at the eight-seat all-weather dining table.
