Villa Description

Located in the residential area of Umalas just 35 minutes from the international airport, where you’ll find just 10 minutes by driving, shops and trendy restaurants of Seminyak (map).

Immersed in a path between rice paddies is our property: a green island with three great villas each with a majestic private pool.

The traditional Javanese house built with antic carved teak wood welcome you for a relaxing break in a journey through the mysterious island of Bali. Secret housing complex ethnic style set in a lush jasmine odorant tropical environment where flowers, statues and ceramics blend together to create a peaceful atmosphere.

Our traditional houses are an invitation to journey through the beautiful landscape of Indonesia for a holiday with friends or family.

The three villas are connected to each other by a small secret passage, giving you a chance to have 12 double rooms with all their private bathrooms if travelling with family and friends, but also total privacy in individual villa.

These traditional houses  are called ”joglo” and are divided into bedroom, living room, dining room, bar and media room, all overlooking  a large open garden where you can discover the tropical endemic species of Bali.

The set of all joglos  overlook the majestic swimming pool, where you can enjoy the color of a romantic sunset.

Ka, with its majestic park of 3200 m2, where statues mix “Timor” ferns and lush vegetation is quietude …
Our “patong” wood (statues) , very exotic , protect the place.

Walked in the door, you will be delighted by a pool of “water lily” , a ceiling sparkling drops of blown glass, carved by soil “Ulin,” ironwood, and in a row, an incredible pool in natural stone, “Sukabumi”, which gives the water this particular color between green and blue.

Ka, “the Tropical”, is the largest of our properties with 5 “Joglos” double room, in old teak, a minimum of 30 m2, and its private semi opened bathroom , a shower in the middle of a garden of Eden.

The “Joglos” are traditional wooden houses endemic to the island of Java.
You’ll certainly relax in our “oriental lounge” where a “charivari” multicolored cushions invites you to relax facing the “Garden of the Gods”, and our “Joglo” tea time bar will be waiting for you for a game of chess or offering you the possibility to enjoy, our library corner or television space . Enjoy our “Joglo” dining dice breakfast, which is served by the colorful and fragrant tropical fruit from the “Pasar” (market).

If you no longer wish to know the adventure outside, on request, a chef can treat yourself and orchestrate a menu in our kitchen Joglo! Discretion and the smile of our “staff” , dedication, are all ingredients to the success of your stay.
